Professional Experience. Diane is the former owner and manager of the Boutique Hope retail stores in Oakley and Hyde Park, and of an equine training and boarding facility in Goshen. As a businesswoman, Diane has earned a reputation for innately understanding clients’ goals, intuitively anticipating their needs, and unerringly delivering creative solutions. She is a longtime partner in a real estate investment company that manages commercial and industrial holdings, as well as an independent investor in residential properties. In her residential work, Diane oversees property management and improvements that add value through smart renovation. Diane’s professional experience also includes her work at a Boston auction house. Education. An alumna of Pine Manor College, Diane earned a BA in Art History. Her professional education includes real estate finance, appraisal, and law. Diane brings her unique blend of business acumen and artistic creativity to every real estate transaction. Family. Diane was raised in a large Cincinnati family, and has four children of her own, so the importance of family is a guiding force in her life.
